cupsan boards

Beautiful interiors made from London’s waste

We created Cupsan, a high-density material made in North-West London from discarded coffee cups collected across the city. Designed for interiors, it can be used for furniture, wall panelling and bespoke fit-out.

applications

Minimalist wooden cabinet with an interior light fixture and a small extended shelf, set against a plain wall.

Furniture

Three colorful patterned ceramic tiles displayed on a gray pedestal in a gallery setting.

Counters/display

Interior of a store or cafe with wooden shelves and a window showing the street outside.

Wall paneling

Four different varieties of tile samples on a speckled brown table, with a green chair and other furniture in the background.

finishes, colours & sizes

  • Cupsan comes in two finishes:

    Natural
Organic, 3d stone-like texture with a matte feel, best for wall paneling.

    Polished / Terrazzo-like
A smoother, more refined surface with a denser visual finish, best used for furniture and bespoke fit-out.

  • Cupsan is pigmented through the material, it’s currently available in 9 colours and can also be developed in bespoke colours for larger or project-based orders.

The photo on the right shows the material in Charcoal, Limestone, Midnight blue and Baby Pink.

  • Standard format: 200 × 1000 mm

    Maximum bespoke format: 1000 × 2000mm
Larger surfaces can be created through panel assembly and backing boards depending on the application.

    Thicknesses
    8 mm
    10 mm
